Our commitment

A Commitment to Reject Evil and Follow Christ

“Reject Satan” isn’t a slogan. It means turning away from whatever pulls people from God and from one another — and turning toward Jesus, who shows us how to love.

We reject

  • ✓Lies and deception
  • ✓Cruelty and violence
  • ✓Hatred and division
  • ✓Exploiting the vulnerable

We choose

  • ✓Truth
  • ✓Mercy
  • ✓Reconciliation
  • ✓Protecting children and families

Wherever you worship — or if you’re still seeking — you’re welcome here.

Pray with us

A Prayer for Our City

God of light and mercy, we turn to you. Guard us from evil and from every lie that divides us. Teach us to follow Jesus with open hearts and willing hands. Protect the children and families of our city, comfort all who suffer, and make us instruments of your peace. Amen.

Then pray together the prayer Jesus taught us — Matthew 6:9–13.

I’ll pray daily for my city

Stronger Together

RS United is not a church and doesn’t replace one. It gives congregations of every tradition a simple, shared way to stand against evil and serve their city side by side.

Go and do likewise

Serve Your City

In the parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25–37), Jesus answers “Who is my neighbor?” with a story and a command: “Go and do likewise.” Every Reject Satan chapter serves its city in four ways — pray, serve, give, and strengthen — with local ministries the chapter chooses. Here’s how Memphis does it.

Who we are

One Movement, United

RS United is the home of the Reject Satan movement and everyone who carries it — individuals, city chapters, churches, and ministry partners. It began in Memphis, Tennessee, founded by Bryan Watson, a MidSouth missionary. We welcome Christians of every tradition who confess Jesus Christ as Lord, as well as anyone still seeking Him.

Where the name comes from. From the early centuries of the Church, Christians preparing for baptism have been asked to renounce Satan and turn to Christ. We borrow those words because they say plainly what every follower of Jesus is called to do.

This is not a new church or denomination. It is a city-by-city effort to encourage individuals, strengthen families, and put lived faith to work in our neighborhoods.

Local chapters

One Promise. Every City.

It started in Memphis. Reject Satan Memphis is our first local chapter — praying for the city, serving neighbors, and gathering Christians from every church. Want to bring it to your city? Join the movement and your city lights up on the map. When someone steps up as ambassador, your city starts forming a chapter.
